The Revenue Enhancement and Customer Hospitality (REACH) Program was developed to implement a consistent and improved passenger experience throughout SFO’s International Terminal Building (1TB). This project is a strategic refresh of key elements within Boarding Areas A and G, the Main Hall, Customs and Border Protection, and Concourse 1 Level in the 1TB. This refresh project touches nearly every customer facing aspect of the International Terminal Building including pre-security food court renovations, passenger lounges, an exterior terrace, signage, improved customer navigation, improved recompose areas, new furniture and updated information display monitors.
HCI provided Construction Management and Resident Engineering services which require close coordination with Airport staff and the PMSS Team to provide programming oversight, design review coordination, constructability review, scheduling, and cost control including validation of operational milestones and SEP coordination. Work includes management of all construction activities including safety, RFls, submittals, change orders, contractor payments, QA/QC, and effective coordination with multiple Stakeholder in support of activation and closeout.
