The San Mateo Medical Center Upgrades program includes several projects across various areas in the facility including some facility-wide. The prevent self-harm and anti-ligature upgrade project includes removal and replacement of architectural hardware, finishes, fixtures, and select systems for anti-ligature compliance across three separate areas in the medical center with phased construction and occupancy. The fire alarm system device replacement project is facility-wide and consists of phased removal and replacement of all fire alarm devices throughout the San Mateo Medical Center campus with rolling fire watch and testing completion requiring efficient communication with every department and other adjacent projects impacting the system. The fluoroscopy room upgrade consisted of renovation and rebuild of an existing space in preparation for a new state-of-the-art Philips radio fluoroscopy machine - project scope included code upgrades, reconfiguration of HVAC systems, new electrical circuits and homeruns, medical gas modifications, lighting fixtures, wall and floor electrical ducting, and significant anchoring in ceiling and floor for new machine and hanging overhead screens.
