PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is the rehabilitation of a historic office building to a mixed use project with 12,200 SF of commercial use (likely a proposed restaurant), 4,120 SF of office, 20,645 SF of residential suites, and 1,146 SF of common use space at the roof as a Spa / Garden concept (including 2,000 SF of an outdoor deck). Major construction items are: Foundation Upgrades, A new steel structure mezzanine, replacement of all windows and storefronts to match the historic look, and a complete interior refurbishment.
